These thumbprints range in size and depth, with some even appearing elongated to hint at the orientation of the meteorite as it fell to Earth. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p3\"\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"p3\"\u003eThe coloring is a dark desert varnish, with some weathering cracks providing a glimpse into the meteorite's interior. Patches of remnant fusion crust are visible on the side of the stone not exposed to desert winds. Nearby, you'll find fragments of metal poking through the highly textured parts of the stone.
